Letter from the Class President

Dear Classmate:
Two weeks ago 240 classmates as well as friends and family members assembled in Cuyler /1903 courtyards to enjoy great music, food and drink at our 35th Reunion. Despite a severe thunderstorm during our Saturday lunch (what's Reunions without a little rain?), the weather cleared and did not dampen the fun of the P-rade and fireworks. Special thanks to Reunions Chair, Mike Coccaro, and his Committee for a job well done! One of the highlights of Saturday night was the performance of lead singer Paul McNamara, backed up by Rich Thaler, Dick Walker and Chris Leach, who took over the stage from the band and reprised the Kingston Trio hit, Charlie on theMTA. Now that we have returned home, if not recovered, from Reunions, I would like to take care of three housekeeping items:
1. Surplus Costumes- Our Memories apparel was a big hit. People enjoyed reading each others shirts and blouses, which were covered with epigrams which described memories from our time at Princeton. For those who missed reunions or who want extras, we still have a number of items (in all sizes) left over. Shown below is our price list (including shipping):
Men's Shirt or Women's Blouse- $50
Hat or Visor - $20
Pocket Square or Bandana - $7
Knapsack - $5
If you purchase all 4 items, the discounted charge will be $75. We also still have a few 25th Reunion Blazers. Please note that we uncovered a number of women's blazers in off-white (same color as the men's blazer). The cost of the blazer is $100 plus shipping.
2. IPODs- Bob Auray may still be able to get IPOD Nanos for $100. If you are interested in either the costumes or the IPODs, please contact me at jimdiorio@alumni.princeton.edu or call me at 201-404-0298. Please specify your size when ordering a costume.
3. Annual Giving- We have only 2 weeks left in this year's campaign. Remember, you can make contributions in the following ways:
